I came in to the world of blogging about 2 years ago and I LOVE it! I get some of my best ideas from others so I hope that I can inspire you in your classroom!!! I have been teaching kindergarten for 8 years. At first I was a little apprehensive about incorporating the common core standards in my classroom, but now I am loving it more than anything! My students are taking off with it! This has been one of the most rewarding teaching years of my life!!!
I have been married to my best friend, Alex, a year and a half ago. I never knew life could be so fun!!

We have 2 dogs, a dorkie named Lula Belle and a Poodle mix named Marley Lilly. These girls keep us on our toes and busy, busy, busy!!!

Living in the great port city of Mobile, Alabama, I am a beach bum!!! I love going to the beach. I would rather be with my feet in the sand and the sun on my face any day!!!
